A collaboration between the winery Cantine Leonardo da Vinci and Leonardo's Museum has started out.
By visiting Palazzina Uzielli and Conti Guidi's Castle in Vinci, people will also have the possibility to enjoy a tour of the winery Cantine Leonardo da Vinci, including a wine tasting.
The winery will open its doors to tourists that will show the tickets of the Museum.
One ticket, two experiences.
In Leonardo's Museum you will explore a range of 60 machines and inventions by the great Genius, explained by images taken from paintings and manuscripts of the period , as well as a digital image reconstruction showing how the machines worked, plus a room dedicated to the optic studies.
At Cantine Leonardo da Vinci the tour starts from the Wine Shop, moving to the vineyards located behind the winery and where you can see also Leonardo's vineyard- a grapevine on an arbour that we have reproduced basing on some of Leonardo's sketches.
Tours timetables: from Monday to Saturday, at 11 am and 6 pm. Wine tastings from Monday to Saturday, from 8.30 am to 8 pm.
All customers of Cantine Leonardo and Enoteca DalleVigne are invited to visit the Museum to discover the creations of our famous fellow citizen. And then of course, you are invited to reach us in via Provinciale di Mercatale n° 287, for a tour of the winery and a free wine tasting.
